Ingredients
- 4 cups coconut ice cream 4 cups coconut ice cream or vanilla ice cream
- 3 bananas , sliced3 bananas, sliced
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- Caramel Sauce:
- 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup water
- 1 pinch salt 1 pinch salt
- 1/3 cup whipping cream 1/3 cup whipping cream
Preparation
Remove from heat. Carefully pour in cream and stir until smooth. Let cool.
Scoop ice cream into sundae cups; top with bananas. Drizzle with caramel sauce; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
