Caramel Sauce: In heavy-bottomed saucepan, stir together sugar, water and salt until dissolved. Bring to boil, without stirring, but brushing down side of pan often with pastry brush dipped in cold water, until dark amber, 6 to 8 minutes.

Remove from heat. Carefully pour in cream and stir until smooth. Let cool.

Scoop ice cream into sundae cups; top with bananas. Drizzle with caramel sauce; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
