This recipe is based on the classic formula of 1 part sour, 2 parts sweet, 3 parts strong and 4 parts weak. Lime juice and rum stand in for the sour and strong; the sweet and weak are left to your taste. These juice combinations are just starting points.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz lime juice 1/2 1/2oz ozlime juice
- 1 oz sweet juice , (such as guava, pineapple or mango)1 1oz ozsweet juice, (such as guava, pineapple or mango)
- 1-1/2 oz rum 1-1/2 1-1/2oz ozrum
- 2 oz weak juice , (such as coconut, pineapple or soursop)2 2oz ozweak juice, (such as coconut, pineapple or soursop)
- Ice cubes Ice cubes
Preparation
In glass, stir together lime juice, sweet juice, rum and weak juice. Add ice.
