Cava Sangria
Sangria, a Spanish wine punch, is a blend of wine, spirits and fruit. This recipe uses white sparkling wine, but for the classic red wine sangria, see the following variation. When the fruit is in season, do as they do in the south of Spain and add nectarines and peaches.
