Ingredients

    1 lb prepared pizza dough
    1 can (284 mL) CAMPBELL'S Condensed Cream of Asparagus Soup
    3 tbsp (45 mL) 1% milk
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp (5 mL) olive oil
    2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    Pinch eah salt and pepper
    1 lb (500 g) asparagus, trimmed and cut in pieces
    1 cup (250 mL) diced sweet red pepper
    2/3 cup (150 mL) shredded part skim mozzarella cheese  

Preparation

Roll out dough to 12-inch (30 cm) circle; transfer to cornmeal dusted pizza pan. Mix condensed soup with milk and garlic; spread over dough.

In skillet, heat oil over medium heat; sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and cook until browned, about 6 minutes. Cut into strips and arrange over dough.

Sprinkle with asparagus, red pepper, cheese and pepper. Bake in lower third of 425ºF (220ºC) until golden, 25 to 30 minutes.

Additional information : Tip: For a large crowd, stretch pizza dough to fit 17- x 11-inch (45 x 28 cm) baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
