Chicken Pineapple Pizza

    1 12-inch (30 cm) prebaked pizza crust
    1/2 cup (125 mL) tomato sauce
    1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh oregano (or 1 tsp/5 mL dried)
    1-1/2 cups (375 mL) sliced sweet green peppers
    1 cup (250 mL) pineapple chunks
    1 cup (250 mL) sliced cooked chicken
    1 cup (250 mL) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Preparation:

Place pizza crust on pizza pan or baking sheet. Spread tomato sauce over top; sprinkle with oregano. Arrange green peppers, pineapple and chicken over top; sprinkle with cheese.

Bake in 500°F (260°C) oven until cheese is melted and bubbly, 8 to 10 minutes
