Ingredients

    1-1/2 cups (375 mL) chocolate soy beverage
    2 bananas
    1 tsp (5 mL) liquid honey
    1/4 tsp (1 mL) vanilla
    Pinch cinnamon

Preparation

In blender, blend chocolate soy beverage, bananas, honey, vanilla and cinnamon until smooth and frothy.

Additional information : Variations
Chocolate Soy Strawberry Banana Smoothie
: Substitute 1 cup (250 mL) frozen strawberries for 1 of the bananas.

Chocolate Soy Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie: Add 2 tbsp (25 mL) natural peanut butter.

Chocolate Soy Coffee Banana Smoothie
: Add 1 tsp (5 mL) instant coffee granules.
