  • 1 1Cheese Ball Base recipe
  • 1/2 cup 1/2cuptoasted pecans or walnuts

Make Cheese Ball Base; refrigerate until firm but still pliable, about 30 minutes.

Place pecans or walnuts in shallow bowl. Peel wrap off cheese. Using hands, mould cheese into ball. Roll in nuts, pressing to coat all over. Wrap and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
