Ingredients

- 2 cups sliced mushrooms 2 2cups cupssliced mushroommushrooms

- 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 1/4tsp tspsalt
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme 1/4 1/4tsp tspdried thyme
- 1/2 tsp truffle oil , (optional)1/2 1/2tsp tsptruffle oil, (optional)
Preparation
In skillet, heat oil over medium heat; fry shallot and garlic until softened, about 2 minutes. Add mushrooms, parsley, brandy, salt and thyme; fry, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are lightly browned, about 8 minutes. Stir in truffle oil (if using).
