Cosmopolitan
This rosy cocktail has taken North America by storm over the last few years.

Ingredients:

1-1/2 cups (375 mL) vodka
1/2 cup (125 mL) cranberry juice
1/4 cup (50 mL) orange-flavoured liqueur
2 tbsp (25 mL) lime juice
24 frozen cranberries
8 green maraschino cherries or lime wedges
Preparation:
In pitcher, stir together vodka, cranberry juice, orange liqueur and lime juice. Top with ice; stir until well chilled.
Garnish glasses with 3 cranberries each and cherry or lime wedge. Strain cosmopolitan into glasses.
