Cranberry Sauce

This recipe makes 25 1 tbsp (15 mL) servings
Ingredients

2-1/3 cups (575 mL) cranberries
1/2 cup (125 mL) granulated_sugar
2 tsp (10 mL) grated orange rind
1/2 cup (125 mL) orange juice
Preparation
In saucepan, bring cranberries, sugar, rind and juice to boil, stirring. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer for 4 to 6 minutes or until berries begin to pop.
Puree in blender. Press through fine sieve. (Refrigerate for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 1 month.)
