This creamy, smooth icing has a slight tang, which complements a sweet cupcake perfectly.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cream cheese , softened1/4 1/4cup cupcream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter , softened1/4 1/4cup cupbutter, softened
- 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 1/2tsp tspvanilla
- 1-1/2 cups icing sugar 1-1/2 1-1/2cups cupsicing sugar
Preparation
In bowl, beat cream cheese with butter; beat in vanilla. Beat in sugar in 2 additions until smooth.
