Easy Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

1 cup (250 mL) pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
3/4 tsp (4 mL) salt
Preparation:
Separate seeds from pulp but do not rinse. Toss seeds with vegetable oil and salt. Spread on baking sheet; roast in 250°F (120°C) oven for about 1 hour or until dry.
