In order to keep the fat content as low as possible, we use mainly buttermilk in this creamy Greek-style dressing.

  • 1/2 cup 1/2cupbuttermilk or plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup 1/3cupcrumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp 2tbsplight mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp 1tspDijon mustard
  • 1 1small clove garliccloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp 1/2tspdried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp 1/4tsppepper

In bowl, whisk buttermilk, feta cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, oregano and pepper. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 5 days.)
