2 plum_tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup (50 mL) chopped fresh coriander
1 tbsp (15 mL) minced jalapeño_pepper
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp (15 mL) lime juice or wine vinegar
1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
Preparation:
In bowl, stir together tomatoes, coriander, jalapeño pepper, green onion, lime juice, oil, salt and pepper.
