Bursting with freshness and vibrant flavour, this salsa adds moisture to Grilled Chicken Fajitas or can be enjoyed with fish, burgers or pork chops.
Ingredients
- 2 plum tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 jalapeño pepper, minced
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice or wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation
In bowl, stir together tomatoes, coriander, jalapeño pepper, green onion, lime juice, oil, salt and pepper.
