  • 1/4 1/4fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 1jalapeño pepperjalapeño peppers, minced
  • 1 1green oniongreen onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp 1tbsplime juice or wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp 1tbspvegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp 1/4tspsalt
  • 1/4 tsp 1/4tsppepper


In bowl, stir together tomatoes, coriander, jalapeño pepper, green onion, lime juice, oil, salt and pepper.
