Ingredients
- 6 cups 6cupsfrisee lettuce, torn
- 4 cups 4cupsboston lettuce, torn
- 2 cups 2cupswatercress
- 3 3celery rib, thinly sliced
- 4 4radishradishes, thinly sliced Lemon Chive Dressing:
- 1/4 cup 1/4cupextra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp 1tspgrated lemon rind
- 2 tbsp 2tbsplemon juice
- 1 tbsp 1tbspwhite wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp 1/2tspDijon mustard
- 1 pinch 1pinchsalt
- 1 pinch 1pinchpepper
- 1 pinch 1pinchsugar
- 1 tbsp 1tbspchopped fresh chives
Preparation
Lemon Chive Dressing: In small bowl, whisk together oil, lemon rind and juice, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, sugar and chives.
In large bowl, toss together frisée and Boston lettuces, watercress, celery and radishes; toss with dressing to coat.
