These frosty fruity beverages make a great start to the day or a delicious midmorning snack. Using frozen fruit makes them extra smooth and creamy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt or plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice

Preparation

In blender, purée fruit, banana, yogurt; and orange juice until smooth.
