Created by the British in the 19th century, shandy is a popular and refreshing drink in the Caribbean.

Ingredients

  • Ice cubes, (optional)
  • 1 quarter lime
  • 4 oz lager
  • 4 oz ginger beer

Preparation

Half fill glass with ice (if using). Squeeze lime over top, twisting rind to release oils. Add lager and ginger beer, stirring to combine.
