Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp 1tbspcoriander seeds, lightly toasted
  • 1 tbsp 1tbspblack peppercorns
  • 1 tsp 1tspdill seeds
  • 4 tsp 4tspcoarse sea salt or kosher salt
  • 2 tsp 2tsppaprika
  • 2 tsp 2tsphot pepper flakes
  • 1-1/2 tsp 1-1/2tspgranulated garlic or garlic powder, (1tsp/5 mL powder)

Preparation

In grinder, coarsely grind together coriander seeds, peppercorns and dillseeds; mix in salt, paprika, hot pepper flakes and garlic. (Make-ahead: Store in airtight container for up to 1 month.)
