Ingredients
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds , lightly toasted1 1tbsp tbspcoriander seeds, lightly toasted
- 1 tbsp black peppercorns 1 1tbsp tbspblack peppercorns
- 1 tsp dill seeds 1 1tsp tspdill seeds
- 4 tsp coarse sea salt 4 4tsp tspcoarse sea salt or kosher salt
- 2 tsp paprika 2 2tsp tsppaprika
- 2 tsp hot pepper flakes 2 2tsp tsphot pepper flakes
- 1-1/2 tsp granulated garlic , (1tsp/5 mL powder)1-1/2 1-1/2tsp tspgranulated garlic or garlic powder, (1tsp/5 mL powder)
Preparation
In grinder, coarsely grind together coriander seeds, peppercorns and dillseeds; mix in salt, paprika, hot pepper flakes and garlic.
(Make-ahead: Store in airtight container for up to 1 month.)
