Green Olive Crostini

Ingredients:

24 slices baguette
olive oil
1 cup (250 mL) pimiento-stuffed green olives, rinsed
2 tsp (10 mL) lemon juice
1/2 tsp (2 mL) hot pepper flakes
1/2 tsp (2 mL) anchovy paste
1/4 cup (50 mL) extra-virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation:
¡Lightly brush slices baguette with olive oil. Bake on baking sheet in 400°F (200°C) oven until crisp, 10 minutes.
In food processor, pulse together olives, lemon juice, hot pepper flakes and anchovy paste until coarsely chopped. Pulse in extra-virgin olive oil. Stir in garlic. Serve with crostini.
