1/3 cup (75 mL) chopped drained canned tomatillos
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
2 tbsp (25 mL) minced green onions (white part only)
4 tsp (20 mL) chopped fresh coriander or parsley
2 tsp (10 mL) lime juice
Pinch each granulated sugar and salt
Preparation:
In bowl, mix together tomatillos, jalapeño pepper, onions, coriander, lime juice, sugar and salt.
