Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup chopped drained canned tomatillos
  • 1 seeded and minced jalapeño pepper
  • 2 tbsp minced green onion, white part only
  • 4 tsp chopped fresh coriander or fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 pinch granulated sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

In bowl, mix together tomatillos, jalapeño pepper, onions, coriander, lime juice, sugar and salt.
