Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chopped drained canned tomatillos
- 1 seeded and minced jalapeño pepper
- 2 tbsp minced green onion, white part only
- 4 tsp chopped fresh coriander or fresh parsley
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1 pinch granulated sugar
- 1 pinch salt
Preparation
In bowl, mix together tomatillos, jalapeño pepper, onions, coriander, lime juice, sugar and salt.
