Grilled Potato Wedges
Crisped outside, tender inside, these potatoes please everyone.

4 baking potatoes
2 tbsp (25 mL) vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
Preparation:
Scrub potatoes; prick several times with fork. Microwave at high until tender-firm, about 4 minutes.
Cut lengthwise into quarters. Brush with oil; sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper. Place on greased grill over medium heat; close lid and grill, turning 3 times, until tender and golden, about 15 minutes.
