Ingredients

  • 1 cup 1cupketchup
  • 2 tbsp 2tbspprepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp 1tsplemon juice
  • 1 tsp 1tsphot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 tsp 1/2tspsalt
  • 1/4 tsp 1/4tsppepper
  • 1 lb 1lblarge peeled and deveined shrimp, leaving tails on
  • 1 tbsp 1tbspextra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cups 4cupsshredded lettuce
  • 1 1avocadoavocados, peeled, pitted and chopped

Preparation

In bowl, combine ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper; set cocktail sauce aside.

In bowl, toss shrimp with oil. Place on greased grill over medium-high heat or under broiler; close lid and grill, turning once, until pink, about 6 minutes.

On salad plates, layer lettuce, avocado and cocktail sauce; top with shrimp.
