With its festive colour and fabulous flavour, this infused vodka is ideal for the holiday season.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whipping cream 2 cups whipping cream
  • 2 cups Irish whiskey 2 cups Irish whiskey
  • 1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk 1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee granules 1 tbsp instant coffee granules
  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup 1 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp almond extract 1/8 tsp almond extract

Preparation

In large bowl and using whisk or in blender, blend together cream, whiskey, condensed milk, coffee granules, chocolate syrup, vanilla and almond extract until coffee dissolves.

Pour into decorative bottles. Seal and refrigerate. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate for up to
2 weeks.)
