With its festive colour and fabulous flavour, this infused vodka is ideal for the holiday season.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups 2cupswhipping cream
  • 2 cups 2cupsIrish whiskey
  • 1 can (300 mL) 1can (300 mL)sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp 1tbspinstant coffee granules
  • 1 tbsp 1tbspchocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp 1tspvanilla
  • 1/8 tsp 1/8tspalmond extract

Preparation

In large bowl and using whisk or in blender, blend together cream, whiskey, condensed milk, coffee granules, chocolate syrup, vanilla and almond extract until coffee dissolves.

Pour into decorative bottles. Seal and refrigerate. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate for up to
2 weeks.)
