Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tsp soy sauce 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp chili powder 3/4 tsp chili powder
  • 3/4 tsp hot pepper sauce 3/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch cumin 1 pinch cumin

Preparation

Toss pumpkin seeds with soy sauce, lemon juice, chili powder, hot pepper sauce, salt and pinch cumin. Spread on baking sheet; roast in 250°F (120°C) oven for 1 hour until dry.
