  • 1 cup 1cuppumpkin seedpumpkin seeds
  • 2 tsp 2tspsoy sauce
  • 1 tsp 1tsplemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp 3/4tspchili powder
  • 3/4 tsp 3/4tsphot pepper sauce
  • 1/4 tsp 1/4tspsalt
  • 1 pinch 1pinchcumin

Toss pumpkin seeds with soy sauce, lemon juice, chili powder, hot pepper sauce, salt and pinch cumin. Spread on baking sheet; roast in 250°F (120°C) oven for 1 hour until dry.
