Serve with lettuce salad and tomatoes.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup wine vinegar
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 strip loin grilling steak, (each about 8oz/250 g)
- Noodles
- 4 cups medium egg noodles
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
- 1/4 cup butter
Preparation
In shallow dish, whisk together vinegar, garlic, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; add steaks, turning to coat. Let marinate for 5 minutes.
Reserving marinade, place steaks on greased grill over medium-high heat; brush with marinade. Close lid and cook, turning once, for about 6 minutes or until medium-rare or desired doneness. Slice steaks or cut crosswise in half.
Noodles:
Meanwhile, in large pot of boiling salted water, cook egg noodles for about 7 minutes or until tender but firm. Drain and return to pot.
Add cheese, parsley and butter to noodles; toss to coat. Serve with steak.
