Ingredients

  • 1 cup 1cuploosely packed chopped stemmed kale
  • 1 cup 1cupice cubes
  • 1 half 1halfappleapples, peeled and chopped
  • 1 1bananabananas
  • 1/2 cup 1/2cupalmond milk
