  • 1 tbsp 1tbspvegetable oil
  • 1 1small onion, chopped
  • 2 2cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp 1/2tspeach salt and pepper
  • 4 cups (1 L) 4cups (1 L)frozen green peas
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) 1tsp (5 ml)grated lemon rind
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) 1tbsp (15 ml)lemon juice

In skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat; sautee onion, garlic, salt and pepper until softened, about 4 minutes.

Add green peas; cook until hot, about 4 minutes. Add lemon rind and lemon juice; toss to combine.
