    1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp (2 mL) each salt and pepper
    4 cups (1 L) frozen green peas
    1 tsp (5 mL) grated lemon rind
    1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice

Preparation:

In skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat; sauté onion, garlic, salt and pepper until softened, about 4 minutes.

Add green peas; cook until hot, about 4 minutes. Add lemon rind and lemon juice; toss to combine.
