Ingredients

Preparation
In skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat; sautee onion, garlic, salt and pepper until softened, about 4 minutes.
Add green peas; cook until hot, about 4 minutes. Add lemon rind and lemon juice; toss to combine.
