Ingredients
- 2 tbsp 2tbspvegetable oil
- 2 tbsp 2tbsplemon juice
- 1 1clove garliccloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp 1/4tspsalt
- 1/4 tsp 1/4tsppepper
- 2 9-inch 29-inch(23 cm) long zucchinizucchinis, cut lengthwise into 1/4-inch (5 mm) thick strips
Preparation
In large bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Brush zucchini with lemon mixture. Place on greased grill over medium heat; close lid and grill, turning once, until tender and lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
