Method

Sesame-Yogurt Dressing In bowl, whisk together sesame oil, vegetable oil, yogurt, miso paste, mirin, rice vinegar and garlic; season with salt and pepper. Set aside in refrigerator.

Ginger Chicken & Vermicelli Bowl In saucepan of boiling water, cook vermicelli according to package directions, 3 to 5 minutes. Drain well and set aside.

In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken; cook, turning halfway through cooking time, about 12 minutes. Reduce heat to low; add ginger, soy sauce, honey and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, turning chicken halfway through cooking time, about 6 minutes. Transfer chicken to cutting board and cut into strips.

Divide reserved vermicelli among 4 bowls. Top each with chicken, cabbage, lettuce, red onion, carrots, cucumbers and peanuts. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and Thai basil, if using. Drizzle with sriracha, if using, and serve with reserved Sesame-Yogurt Dressing and lime wedges.
