Grilled Zucchini with Goat Cheese & Honey

Method

Preheat barbecue to medium-high heat (about 375°F); grease grill. In small bowl, combine oil and lemon zest. Brush both sides of zucchini slices with oil mixture; season with pepper. Place zucchini on grill; cook until marked and still slightly crisp, turning halfway through grilling time, 6 to 8 minutes.

Transfer zucchini to serving plate. Sprinkle with cheese, basil and sea salt. Lightly drizzle with honey.
