In large skillet, stir 1 1/4 cups water with liquid honey. Add butter and turnips; cook over medium heat until liquid has almost evaporated and turnips are tender but still firm, about 20 minutes. (Make-ahead: Can be stored in airtight container and refrigerated for up to 5 days. To reheat, pan-fry, covered, over medium heat, with 1 tbsp butter and drizzle of water, for 3 to 4 minutes.) Sprinkle with chopped fresh chives.
