Method

In small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, maple syrup and Dijon mustard. Whisk in walnut oil and canola oil. Season with salt and pepper. (Make-ahead: Can be stored in airtight container and refrigerated for up to1 week.)

This dressing is best served with tomato, kale or wild rice salads.
