Meringue Powder Royal Icing
This recipe makes 2 cups servings
- Portion size: 2 cups (625 mL)
- 1/4 cup 1/4cupmeringue powder
- 4-2/3 cups 4-2/3cupsicing sugar
In large bowl, beat meringue powder with 1/2 cup (125 mL) water until foamy, about 2 minutes. Beat in icing sugar until stiff, about 9 minutes. cover with damp cloth to prevent drying out.
