Offer an assortment of fruit so kids can choose their favourites to go with this creamy dip.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg (4 oz/125 g) cream cheese , softened1 1pkg pkg(4 oz/125 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Balkan-style plain yogurt 1/4 1/4cup cupBalkan-style plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp liquid honey 2 2tbsp tbspliquid honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 1tbsp tbsplemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 1/2tsp tspvanilla
- 4 cups assorted, prepared fresh fruit 4 4cups cupsassorted, prepared fresh fruit
Preparation
In food processor, combine cream cheese, yogurt, honey, lemon juice and vanilla until smooth. Transfer to serving bowl.
(Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.)
Place dip in centre of platter; surround with fruit.
