Minty Peas

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

    2 cups (500 mL) hot cooked peas
    2 tbsp (25 mL) low-fat plain yogurt
    1 tbsp (15 mL) each minced fresh mint (or 1/2 tsp/2 mL dried)
    1 tbsp (15 mL)chives or green onion
    Pinch each salt and pepper

Preparation:

Toss together peas, yogurt, mint, chives, salt and pepper.
