Ingredients

  • 2 cups hot cooked peas
  • 2 tbsp low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh mint, (or 1/2 tsp/2 mL dried)
  • 1 tbsp chives or green onions
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Preparation

Toss together peas, yogurt, mint, chives, salt and pepper.
