Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed wild blueberries 1 1cup cupcrushed wild blueberrywild blueberries or cultivated blueberries
- 1 cup crushed raspberries 1 1cup cupcrushed raspberryraspberries
- 1 cup crushed blackberries 1 1cup cupcrushed blackberryblackberries
- 4 tsp lemon juice 4 4tsp tsplemon juice
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar 2 2tbsp tbspgranulated sugar
- 1 box (49g) light pectin crystals 1 1box (49g) box (49g)light pectin crystals
Preparation
In large bowl, stir together blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and lemon juice. Add sugar. Mix in pectin crystals; let stand for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour into clean airtight containers, leaving 1/4-inch (5 mm) headspace. Let stand, undisturbed, until set, about 24 hours. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks or freeze for up to 8 months.
