Ingredients

  • 2 cups mint leaves 2 cups mint leaves
  • 2 cans (each 250 mL) frozen Bacardi Mixers Margarita mix 2 cans (each 250 mL) frozen Bacardi mixers margarita mix
  • 3-1/2 cups soda water 3-1/2 cups soda water
  • 1 bottle (750 mL) white rum 1 bottle (750 mL) white rum
  • 3 limes , sliced3 limes, sliced
  • 3 cups ice cubes 3 cups ice cubes

Preparation

In blender, purée mint leaves, margarita mix and 1 cup (250 mL) water. Strain through cheesecloth-lined sieve into punch bowl. Add soda water, rum, limes and ice cubes.
