Mustard Honey Vinaigrette
Servings: 1-1/3 cups (325 mL)
Ingredients:

3/4 cup vegetable oil (175 mL)
1/3 cup (75 mL) wine vinegar
2 tbsp (25 mL) dijon mustard
2 tbsp (25 mL) liquid honey
1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
Preparation:
In jar, shake together vegetable oil, wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt and pepper. (Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Shake well before using.)
