These frosty fruity beverages make a great start to the day or a delicious midmorning snack. Using frozen fruit makes them extra smooth and creamy.
Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed frozen berries 2 2cups cupsmixed frozen berries
- 1/2 banana 1/2 1/2bananabananas
- 1 cup pineapple juice 1 1cup cuppineapple juice
- 1 to 2 tsp (5-10 mL) liquid honey , if desired1 1to 2 tsp to 2 tsp(5-10 mL) liquid honey, if desired
Preparation
In blender, puree frozen berries, banana and pineapple juice until smooth. Sweeten with liquid honey, if desired.
