Pineapple Berry Smoothies

These frosty fruity beverages make a great start to the day or a delicious midmorning snack. Using frozen fruit makes them extra smooth and creamy.

    2 cups (500 mL) mixed frozen berries
    Half banana
    1 cup (250 mL) pineapple juice
    1 to 2 tsp (5 to 10 mL) liquid honey, if desired

Preparation:

In blender, purée frozen berries, banana and pineapple juice until smooth. Sweeten with liquid honey, if desired.
