Sunny in both colour and flavour, this drink is a fruity, fun way to start brunch. For a nonalcoholic version, replace wine with sparkling white grape juice or ginger ale.
Ingredients
- 2 oz pineapple juice 2 2oz ozpineapple juice
- 3 oz sparkling dry white wine or champagne 3 3oz ozsparkling dry white wine or champagne
- Fresh Pineapple spear Fresh Pineapple spear
Preparation
Pour pineapple juice into champagne flute; top with wine. Garnish rim with pineapple spear.
