Ingredients

  • 4 (20 cm or 8 inch) pita pockets
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Using scissors, cut pita pockets around edge into 8 rounds; cut each into 8 triangles. In large bowl, toss together pita triangles, vegetable oil and salt. Spread on 2 rimmed baking sheets; bake in top and bottom thirds of 350°F (180°C) oven until crisp and golden, about 8 minutes. (Make-ahead: Let cool; store in airtight container for up to 2 days.)
