Pizza Twists
Servings: 20 pieces
Ingredients:

1 lb (500 g) pizza dough
2 tbsp (25 mL) extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp (2 mL) each pepper and coarse salt
2 tbsp (25 mL) each grated parmesan cheese and minced fresh parsley
Preparation:
On floured surface, roll out pizza dough into a 14- x 10-inch (35 x 25 cm) rectangle. Brush with olive oil; sprinkle with pepper, salt, Parmesan cheese and parsley. Cut lengthwise into twenty 1/2-inch (1 cm) wide strips. Twist strips and place on 2 greased baking sheets. Bake in top and bottom thirds of 425°F (220°C) oven, rotating and switching pans halfway through, until golden, about 12 minutes.
