Pomegranate Lemonade
This grown-up lemonade is refreshing yet tart. If you prefer a sweeter version, add up to 2 tbsp (25 mL) more sugar.

Suggested Recipes

1 cup (250 mL) lemon juice
2 tbsp (25 mL) granulated sugar
2 pomegranates, halved (or 2/3 cup/150 mL 100% pomegranate_juice)
1 cup (250 mL) soda water
Preparation:
In microwaveable bowl, microwave lemon juice on high for 1 minute or until hot. Whisk in sugar until dissolved. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until cold.
Using hand juicer, squeeze juice from pomegranates; whisk into lemon mixture. Stir in soda water.
