Serve trendy cocktails without having to shake each one. Have soda water handy for guests to add their own splash. Be sure to use 100 per cent pomegranate juice, such as Pom Wonderful.

Ingredients

  • 2-2/3 cups vodka
  • 2-2/3 cups pomegranate juice
  • 3 oz orange-flavoured liqueur
  • 1 cup ice
  • Garnish:
  • 12 fresh blueberries
  • 12 orange wedges
  • 12 fresh cranberries

Preparation

Garnish: Thread 1 blueberry, orange and cranberry onto each of 12 skewers. Place in decorative glass, ready to add to each serving. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 12 hours.)

In 6-cup (1.5 L) pitcher, stir together vodka, pomegranate juice, liqueur and ice. (Make-ahead: Set aside for up to 1 hour.)
