    1 cup (250 mL) frozen strawberries
    1/2 cup (125 mL) milk
    1/3 cup (75 mL) plain yogurt
    1 banana, sliced
    2 tbsp (25 mL) frozen raspberry juice concentrate

Preparation:

In blender, purée together frozen strawberries, milk, yogurt, sliced banana and juice until smooth.

Additional Information

  • Substitutions: Omit milk and yogurt. Use 1/2 cup (125 mL) vanilla-flavour soy milk and 1/3 cup (75 mL) silken tofu.
