Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries 1 1cup cupfrozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup milk 1/2 1/2cup cupmilk
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt 1/3 1/3cup cupplain yogurt
- 1 banana , sliced1 1bananabananas, sliced
- 2 tbsp frozen raspberry juice concentrate 2 2tbsp tbspfrozen raspberry juice concentrate
Preparation
In blender, purée together frozen strawberries, milk, yogurt, sliced banana and juice until smooth.
Additional information :
Substitutions: Omit milk and yogurt. Use 1/2 cup (125 mL) vanilla-flavour soy milk and 1/3 cup (75 mL) silken tofu.
