Sumac Oil:

Method

Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Pat chicken dry with paper towel. Using kitchen scissors, cut off skin between chicken thighs and breast to allow for fast, even cooking.

In small bowl, combine cumin, garlic powder, pepper, herbes de Provence, Worcestershire sauce, salt and olive oil. Brush mixture all over chicken.

Place chicken in air fryer basket, breast side down. Cook for 15 minutes; flip. Cook until meat thermometer inserted into thickest part of chicken reads 180°F, 20 to 25 minutes.

Transfer chicken to plate and loosely tent with foil; let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.

Sumac Oil Meanwhile, in bowl, whisk together sumac, honey, olive oil and sea salt. Tear chicken into pieces and drizzle with Sumac Oil.
