This is absolutely my favourite shake. It's protein and energy rich and tastes like Chocolate shake but there is no added sugar at all.

  • Portion size 2 servings
  • Credits : novi tauber

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons good quality tahini
  • 3/4 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon carob

Method

Place all ingredients in blender, blend well, and serve immediately.
