This fragrant nut butter is packed with almonds and pepitas, which are both good sources of monounsaturated fats. Almonds are also a good source of vitamin E.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups roasted unsalted almonds
  • 1/2 cup roasted pepitas (hulled pumpkin seeds)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons liquid honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method

In food processor, puree together almonds, pepitas and oil until smooth, scraping down side occasionally, about 5 minutes. Add honey and salt; process to combine.

Make-ahead: refrigerate in airtight container for up to 1 week.
