The apple flavour makes this marinade a perfect pairing for pork chops. If you can't find apple cider, you can use apple juice. This marinade is also great with chicken and ribs.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups apple cider
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 4 shallots sliced
  • 3 fresh thyme sprigs
  • 1 teaspoon whole allspice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Method

In small bowl, whisk together apple cider, vinegar, shallots, thyme, allspice, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
