Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado peeled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon diced tomato
  • 1 tablespoon minced red onion
  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh jalapeño pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon minced pickled jalapeño pepper (optional)

Method
